Who I Am

This website is operated by Zachary Hipes, an independent digital strategist based in the Atlanta metro (Roswell, GA). The site address is zachhipes.com.

What Data I Collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message. That's it. I don't use cookies for tracking, I don't run retargeting pixels, and I don't sell or share your information with anyone.

How I Use Your Data

Contact form submissions are sent to my email via Resend (a transactional email service). I use your information solely to respond to your inquiry. Your data is not stored in any database, CRM, or marketing tool beyond my email inbox.

Analytics

This site uses two analytics services to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience:

• Vercel Analytics . Privacy-friendly traffic measurement. No cookies are set and no personally identifiable information is collected.
• Google Analytics 4 . Used to understand which pages and tools are most useful. GA4 may set first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No advertising features are enabled. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Neither service is used for advertising, retargeting, or building marketing profiles. Analytics data is used solely to improve this website.

Third-Party Services

• Vercel — Hosting and deployment. Their privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.
• Google Fonts . Web fonts loaded from Google servers. Google may collect basic connection data.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data I have about you by emailing me directly. I'll handle it within 48 hours. No forms, no runaround.
